1.Precise Weaving

Process Overview: Utilizing advanced high-speed CNC automated weaving looms, premium stainless steel wires are interlaced according to strict mesh density requirements.

Core Technology: Digital Constant Tension Control System. This ensures uniform stress distribution during weaving, eliminating common defects such as broken wires, skipped weaves, or inconsistent mesh counts.

2. Flattening & Leveling

Process Overview: To eliminate the internal stress and natural curling of freshly woven mesh, we utilize large-scale multi-roller leveling machines for physical correction.

Core Technology: Multi-stage Pressure Compensation. By passing the mesh through multiple sets of staggered precision rollers, we neutralize internal tension.

3. Electrostatic Spraying

Core Technology: Automated Pre-treatment + High-Voltage Adsorption. The process includes acid washing and phosphating to ensure a pristine surface, followed by high-voltage electrostatic adsorption and high-temperature curing at 200°C+.

4. High-Precision Laser Welding
