The mesh is categorized into “standard woven mesh” and “fine-textured woven mesh.” The fine-textured type can achieve ultra-fine particle filtration, making it the preferred material for high-end precision filtration applications.

The mesh is categorized into “standard woven mesh” and “fine-textured woven mesh.” The fine-textured type can achieve ultra-fine particle filtration, making it the preferred material for high-end precision filtration applications.

  • Weft-fine weaving: This technique employs a multi-strand warp and weft interweaving process, where warp threads are tightly arranged and weft threads are embedded beneath the warp threads, resulting in a smooth and even surface.
  • Bidirectional positioning: The weaving process employs a tension control system to prevent web skewing or deformation, while maintaining uniform hole aperture height.
  • Thickening treatment: Some specifications feature thickened weft yarn to enhance the mesh’s compressive strength and mechanical durability.
